About the author

Pauline is a dedicated advocate for sustainability education, social entrepreneurship, and impact-driven business models, with a strong emphasis on community building and systemic change. Since 2018, she has been the Sustainability Director of Techno India Group, one of India’s largest education conglomerates, where she integrates sustainability into education and institutional strategy.

She also co-founded Y-East, a platform connecting sustainability stakeholders across Eastern India. In France, she has worked with leading institutions like the Learning Planet Institute and HEC Paris, advancing transformative education. Now, through the Rebalance Institute, she designs immersive learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations to align their work with purpose and sustainability.
