SDG Career Compass

This workshop creates a transformative and supportive space for learners to reflect on the causes that resonate with their values, explore sectoral interests, and identify their unique strengths and skills. Using the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a guiding framework, learners embark on an engaging journey of self-discovery and career reflection, gaining clarity on their individual purpose and professional aspirations. In a trusting environment where personal insights can be openly shared, they uncover their unique positioning and the potential for positive change they can create through intentional personal and professional choices. By embracing their individuality and connecting with what truly resonates within them, learners are empowered to chart a personalised path that aligns passion with impactful action in their careers and beyond, supported throughout by rebalancers.
