The ESG Decisions Lab was developed by Vedika Pandey, an ESG consultant engaged by the rebalance institute for this workshop. Vedika works across sustainability, finance, and corporate strategy, with a focus on making ESG more practical and decision-oriented.
The experience was built in collaboration with the rebalance institute, drawing on our experiential and systems-led approach to learning. It brings together conceptual grounding and applied simulation, enabling participants to engage with ESG through real trade-offs, competing priorities, and long-term thinking.
